Dungeon Diver has some new updates!

Following the closed beta test and the amazing feedback I got from my testers, I've created some new features to make the game more dynamic and exciting.

First of note is an updated HUD. As shown through the screenshots, the old UI only showed the player's health, which wasn't intuitive to minute-to-minute gameplay according to testers. So, new info has been added to the HUD, courtesy of a plugin by SumRndmDde. The new HUD not only shows the current HP, but how many treasures are left in the area, as well as the next two new features.

The first of which is: an EXP system! Collecting treasures rewards you with experience points, adding an extra RPG element to the game. The more treasures you collect, the more you level up, and receive more HP and MP. 

Yes, MP, as the second feature introduced is Skills! Tied to the EXP system, as you increase your levels, you'll unlock an array of skills that will aid you as you traverse Dungeon floors. From sensing spike traps to boosting movement speed, these skills will cost MP to use, so Ethers will be spread around to help you restore it. In addition, leveling up also fully heals you, in case you are low on items and health.

But beware, as another new feature will take advantage of your MP. New traps have appeared in the later floors of the Dungeon that will steal your MP, and teleport you to a random area of the floor, forcing you to regain your bearings. 

Hopefully these new features will spice up the gameplay once you all get your hands on it, which will be very soon! This version of the game will be sent to my beta testers to iron out kinks, and then a public demo will be available once testing is done. So stay tuned for your first experience with Dungeon Diver!
